Is it worth using Monoxidil and can it make hair loss accelerate?
I have minor hair loss near the scalp and middle. I am 23 and my dad is almost fully bald and it started when he was around my age. Mom’s dad just had receding hair line and minor hair loss which is what I have. Should I take monoxidil and if so it is possible that if I take it for 3-12 months and stop using for any reason, could it actually accelerate hair loss?

Minoxidil can work and it will NOT make your hair loss worse (you may experience a change for a while because hair may change its cycle, but in 6 months you should have more hair than before). If you stop the hair will slowly fall off again, just like before.
