How long does postpartum hair loss usually last?
I’ve been shedding since my little one was one month old. Huge clumps. She’s now 5 months old and my hair loss doesn’t seem to be slowing down. My hairline is extremely thin and scraggly. There’s no way I could put my hair in a pony because the hairline is practically balding. Any insight would be much appreciated!

Take multivitamins after consultation with your doctor. Take vitamin E and Vitamin B.If you are anemic you may need to take iron supplements. Check your diet. Eat a diet rich in protein. Apply egg and yogurt hair pack twice a week. You can expect to see the end of postpartum hair loss by the time your baby has first birthday.
